Hondros College of Business will help you achieve the required 64 academic credits you need to upgrade your Nevada Real Estate License. Your previous education and experience will count towards the required credits including:

• Credits earned to qualify for the Nevada Real Estate Sales exam.
• Credits earned while attending any accredited college or university.
• Every 2 years as a licensed Real Estate Agent in Nevada counts as 16 college credits toward qualifying for the Broker Exam.

Steps to Take Your Career to the Next Level

Step 1: Submit your information to our Broker Education Planning Team

Step 2: Hondros College of Business will provide a complimentary evaluation of your transcripts and experience history and send you a customized broker education plan that details the credits you need to qualify for the Nevada Brokers Exam. The plan will detail a class schedule and timeline for completion.

Step 3: Complete the Qualifying Education:

• Review your customized Broker Education Plan.
• Register for classes with Hondros College of Business.
• Register for a Nevada Broker Management Course (for three credit hours) with your Nevada Real Estate School

Step 4: Prepare for the Exam.  Study for the Broker Exam with a Nevada Exam Prep package available at your Nevada Real Estate School.

Step 5: Schedule & Pass your Exam

Things to know:

1. Human Resource Management, Business Law, Business Economics and Financial Management are $630 per class. These classes are offered in 5-week and 10-week formats.
2. Tuition is $95/credit hour for classes other than those listed above.
3. All classes are available online in 10-week formats. Classes listed above are available in 5-week and 10-week formats.
4. Textbooks may be purchased by a vendor of your choice.  We provide you the ISBN# and you can borrow, purchase, or rent your textbooks.
5. Students may take classes as a Single Subject Student and earn just the credits they need.
6. All single subject classes can be applied towards the Associate Degree in Applied Business in Business and Management program for those interested in earning a degree.
